Exploring audience interaction to heigten comedy. 

Improvised rehearsal staging utilized in final production - loved by audience. 

Two actors (covered in paint) at the end of a rehearsal exploring how to manipulate the stage, props, flashlights, (flinging) paint, and their physicality to create striking visuals. 

The final image of the scene, which was discovered in rehearsals after experimenting with the plastic wrap lining the stage floor. 

Teaching actors how to create shadow theatre and improvising to create a montage of shadow scenes: from childhood nostalgia to painful adulthood.

Cast photo of the three witches (and an added character "The victim") for a directing class scene exploration. We discovered the extents staged violence can go by experimenting with staging torture and utilizing (excessive) stage blood. This ground work would be the foundation for my direction of the full play a year later. 

A blood soaked audience (with protective ponchos of course) exit the the theater after a 4D production of Macbeth utilizing audience interaction, torture, and lots and lots of stage blood (a full bathtub of it).
